Hiring and onboarding (HR Administration Core)
Capture all employee details including profile pictures, emails, etc. Capture previous employment details. Capture skills and abilities. Allow for updating.
Key performance indicators
Allow for definition of key performance indicators and their timelines. Define KPI conditions and expected goal. Manage KPI performance and report on percentage completion. Manage approval process of KPI updates by users.
Leave management
Allow for definition of leave types and other leave conditions like unpaid or paid. Define leave days by job groups and leave types . Manage leave day balances.
Payroll
Payroll will allow for definition of payroll periods. Will be linked to time and attendance sub system. Payroll will allow for all definition of pay types e.g PAYE, advance, SHIF, NSSF,
Time and attendance
This system will be integrated to any installed clock system allows for auto update of attendance schedule of the employees. The system allows for reports on time and attendance.
Notes on the system utilities
The system shall be working in the SAP B1 environment any salary and payment posting will be automatically be updated in the SAP Chart of accounts and all relevant system reports including balance sheet, P & L, TB, etc.
