This Privacy Policy describes how we handle and protect your personal data in connection with African Elite Group business activities, like conferences and events, and client services, and on websites, applications, and communications that post a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, “the Sites”), in our capacity as data controllers.

We will be transparent about the information we are collecting and what we will do with it.

- a) We will use the information you give us for the purposes described. That is send you our newsletters, offers, and news updates, and or any partner adverts.
- b) We use personal data to provide our products and service offerings, to communicate with you, to offer you more information on our project undertakings.
Your data is only accessed for the purposes described in this clause 2(a).
- c) We do not give your data to any party outside our organization
African Elite Group Limited determines and controls how to process your personal data in our databases.
We will also use the information to help us understand you better and so that we can give you relevant offers from our services or those of our partners.
- How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data:
- a) We will actively review the information we hold and delete it securely, or in some cases anonymize it when there is business or customer need for it to be retained.
- b) If you tell us you don’t want to receive any of our content, we will forthwith stop any transmission of the referred clause 2(a).

- a) We may take technology measures to make sure your personal data record is complete and accurate and subject to your prior express consent, we may store our processing record of your personal data for 10 years. We will put in place measures to protect your information and keep it secure.
- b) We will respect your data protection rights and aim to give you control over your own information at your request.
- c) Personal data collected which include names, addresses, contacts such as phone numbers, and emails will only be used for the purpose addressed in clause 2, and should it be used for any other purpose, formal communication will be launched.
Please note that African Elite Group Limited, reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions.
Without prejudice to your rights under applicable laws, the above Privacy Policy statements are not contractual and do not form part of your contract with us.
What rights do you have over your data?
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
